Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Refunds made within the 72-hour cancellation window will be processed in full; however, a 3.5% Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged directly by Stripe and is non-refundable by us.
If you wish to dispute or request reimbursement of this fee, you may contact Stripe directly through their support channels.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email 72 hours before , without exception. The effective cancellation time will be the time and date at which the written cancellation is received by us.
Please note that a valid form of identification must be provided as a deposit before the bikes can be rented. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
I understand and accept that the 72-hour cancellation policy is final and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including flight cancellations, travel disruptions, inability to reach my destination, or a personal decision not to attend.
I acknowledge that requesting a refund by email or through any other means does not override or invalidate this policy. I am content on accepting a 72 hour cancelation.
I accept the 72-hour cancellation policy. I understand that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before the rental starts.

Pickup in Saint-Emilion from 09:30. Return to the store before 6:30 PM.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of your rental. No deposit is required. However, an identity document such as a passport or driver's licence must be handed over at the start of the rental, or alternatively a cash security of €500, which will be returned at the end of the rental.
