General Terms and Conditions of Rental

Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Refunds made within the 72-hour cancellation window will be processed in full; however, a 3.5% Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged directly by Stripe and is non-refundable by us.

If you wish to dispute or request reimbursement of this fee, you may contact Stripe directly through their support channels.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email 72 hours before , without exception. The effective cancellation time will be the time and date at which the written cancellation is received by us.

Please note that a valid form of identification must be provided as a deposit before the bikes can be rented. No exceptions can be made to this policy.

Rental Responsibility

By accepting these terms, I confirm that I rent and take full responsibility for the care and safety of the bike during the rental period and agree to pay for any damage caused.

Optional Insurance

I accept that optional insurance is available at €9 per person, per day. This reduces the excess fee to €250 per person in the event of damage. If I choose not to take this insurance, I agree to pay for any damages to the bike as listed on the itemised damage form.

Total Replacement Value

I acknowledge that the total replacement value of the electric bike is €4,000 and accept full financial responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage during the rental period.

Itemised Equipment Values

Muddy Bike Fee

A cleaning fee of €15 will be charged if the bike is returned in a muddy or excessively dirty condition. Please avoid cycling through muddy paths and trails.
